MEET THE FOUNDERS OF MOM’S HOUSE

Phillip Vincent has been in the real estate industry for over 22 years. He began as a builder and a developer before transitioning into real estate investments. He has bought hundreds of homes over the years and his sellers love him. With half of his career specializing in senior living transitions, Phillip has become the leading expert on all things senior living real estate related. He has appeared on top real estate podcasts including Don Costa’s The Reel Deal’s Podcast #307 , Investor Fuse #59, Bigger Pockets #71, and the Chris Peach Video Podcast.

When he’s not busy helping families and senior living communities or training the next group of Mom’s House Certified Home Buyers, Phillip is can usually be found at home with his wife, Melissa, and two sons, Drake and Sterling watching the St. Louis Cardinals or playing hockey. In his extra time, he volunteers for multiple charities, including Brace for IMPACT 46, an organization that supports youth programming in both St. Louis and Haiti, and Special Spaces, which builds custom rooms for terminally ill children suffering from cancer.

Ben Rao is a leading real estate investment entrepreneur who has founded and developed multiple start-ups. In 2006, he co-founded Summit Holding Group, a real estate investing company. After renovating over 50+ homes, he developed a software for managing rental portfolios websites and has a rental portfolio of residential and commercial properties.In 2010, Ben founded Community Buying Group, a National Buying Coop of 15,000 Real Estate Investors which he sold in 2017.

Like Phillip, Ben’s passion is in helping people through real estate investments. Ben’s entreprenuerial expertise has made him a highly regarded resource in the real estate investment community. A recipient of the prestigious 2019 Preserve Missouri Award and a 2018 member of the Missouri Governor’s Innovation Task Force Workshop, Ben’s dedication to growth and expansion is evident. When he’s not serving families and senior living communities, Ben can be found in the historic building he restored which was once the Lee Summit Hospital with his wife, Rhonda, and two children, Maddy and Charlie.
