Mom’s House (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust Data Use protections for its users. In effort to ensure the highest level of service, we only share data with one resource partner type (e.g. veterans benefits, medicaid, legal, etc.) for a prospect or customer’s request. Further, we will not share or disclose data for purposes beyond parties without the consent of the individuals to whom the data relates, or as required by law.
  3. Data Disposal: The company shall dispose of data in a secure manner when it is no longer needed, using methods such as shredding or secure erasure to prevent unauthorized access.

These measures may include firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular security audits. Wherever we collect sensitive information that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information as it is transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

We will use any information collected from you to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us.
